A recap of my weekly workouts from the previous week.
Happy Monday! I hope you enjoyed your holiday/Easter weekend, and if you don’t celebrate Easter, then I hope you just had an awesome weekend. Mine consisted of some working out, reorganizing our back room, and then some relaxing.
I made and hid Michael an Easter basket filled with some goodies, both healthy and not. It consisted of goldfish, protein bars, Swedish fish, organic dried mangos, and a few other things. He surprised me with one as well! It had some topo chico, pumpkin seeds, protein bars, a few snack items, and rolos.
I just want to remind everyone that being healthy/life is about balance. I talked about this some last week too. We should be filling up with mostly foods that make us feel good, keep us healthy, and help us thrive. But we can also splurge when we want to. Denying yourself your favorite foods will probably set you up to cave down the road. And eating things we enjoy, whether they are good for you or not, is good for you soul. And it helps keep you sane. What is life without your favorite things anyways?

YES. A healthy life is all about balance. I love Swedish fish, but dried mango is pretty amazing too. And do you think it would be possible to do Wall Balls at home if I got a weighted ball?
Kelly says
Right?! I have learned to love the balance part of it. And yes, for sure! I have it on my list to send you some more workouts!
