I have totally been there and I am here to help you live your best life!
My name is Kelly and I spent years and years of my life under eating, restricting food groups, and over exercising to try to get to a certain size. And guess what, no matter what size, I was never satisfied with how I looked. Along the way, I did some major damage to my hormones. Get the full rundown of my health and wellness journey over the past decade.
After awhile I was fed up. I wanted to stop obsessing about food and exercise and live my best life. Through a lot of trial and error, working on myself, and nutrition coaching, I finally achieved that. No more yo-yo dieting, living for the weekends, and running myself into the ground at the gym. This was all achievable through learning how much food my body needs by tracking macros.
Currently I am eating more food than ever (and I freakin’ love food), actually listening to my body, and feeling my best while still maintaining my weight. If I don’t want to workout, I don’t. If I want to eat pizza with my husband, I’ll eat it. I’ve gotten to know my body and the foods that make it feel good. And have finally learned health and fitness is all about balance.
I’ve become so passionate about all the benefits of finding food freedom, I want to help you feel the same!
What to Expect
We spend 12-18+ years in school, yet we’re NEVER taught some of the basics. How much to eat, how to exercise appropriately for the body we want, to love ourselves and say positive things when we look in the mirror, the importance of sleep, hormone and menstrual health, and having a happy gut. So I’m changing the game and empowering people to find freedom via nutrition, exercise, and a healthy lifestyle.
Here is how we will work together:
- macro based eating approach – you’ll be provided customized goals on how much protein, carb, and fat to eat each day
- hydration suggestions, supplement suggestions, and suggestions on how to time your food (in relation to workouts) to ensure you feel great in the gym
- keeping tabs on digestion, bathroom stuff, menstrual health, and hormone health to make sure your body functioning to it’s full capacity
- access to me via phone, email, and text along with bi-weekly phone check-ins
Nutrition coaching will be a macro based food approach. As we work together, we will make adjustments to your calories and macros based on body composition, hunger cues, activity levels, and feedback given by you to find your ideal custom macros to live your best life.
The overall goal is to learn from the experience! I want you to learn the ‘ins and outs’ of the process so you’re able to go off on your own and continue living your best life and feel amazing!
