A recap of my weekly workouts from the previous week.

Weekly Workouts Recap

Happy Monday! This past week was full of some rest days and a competition! My friend and I competed in the Horrible Hundred for the second year in a row! The outcome wasn’t exactly what we expected, especially after last year’s results, but it was fun nonetheless! My body definitely took a beating and I was so sore yesterday and still am today. I’ll recap the whole thing later this week!

I didn’t get to do the last workout of the Open yet since we competed on Saturday, but hoping to get it in this week. It looks pretty horrible, but should be fun. I’ll then write up a recap of the Open too.

Sunday – rest day

Monday – CrossFit City Limits Endurance workout

assault bike:
3 cals in min 1
6 cals in min 2
8 cals in min 3
9 cals in min 4
10 cals in min 5
11 cals in min 6
12 cals in min 7
13 cals in min 8
14 cals in min 9
15 cals in min 10
and so on…
*go to 20 minutes. If you miss a round, take a round off and start back over at the beginning

3×10 back squat @60%, 65%, 70%

I completed up to 14 cals and then started over.

Tuesday – CrossFit City Limits workout

15:00 Partner EMOM
9 Power Cleans (155/105)
15 wallballs (20/14)
max assault bike calories
*Score is total Assault Bike Calories

We finished with 181 reps (group of 3)

Wednesday – rest day

Thursday – CrossFit City Limits workout

6 RFT:
400m run
20 burpees

I finished in 19:45 RX

Friday – Horrible Hundred run through

My friend and I practiced the movements and how we were going to split them up.

Saturday – Horrible Hundred competition!

Local competition where you do 100 of each movement with a partner. My friend and I finished in second. I’ll recap later this week. Here is last year’s recap.
