Hi! Popping in for a little motivation on your Monday to get your week started off on the right foot. I actually didn’t do much this weekend. The boyfriend was out of town at a bachelor party so I just worked, worked on the blog, and recipe tested. Do you ever have one of those weekends where you want to get so much accomplished and then you feel like you did nothing. Yeah it was one of those weekends. I feel so lost in the blogging world sometimes and am just trying to get my shit together. Okay, end of rant, back to the workout.

We did this workout last week and it was a good one! I thought it was going to be pretty easy, but it wasn’t. You are moving the whole time!

20:00 AMRAP
400m run
10 toes 2 bar
10 overhead squats (30% of 1 rep max)

You have 20 minutes to complete as many rounds as possible of a 400m run, 10 T2B, and 10 OHS. If you can’t do T2B, then try knees to elbows or candlesticks. The OHS are super light so they should all be unbroken. There really isn’t any build in rest in this workout. You go from one thing to the next and so one. It became quite challenging after the 3rd round.

I finished with 5 rounds and 7 OHS at 35 pounds. So close to 6! Give this a go and let me know how you do!
