I’m sharing some of my favorite everyday products in this gift guide for active women, perfect for holiday gift-giving!

This post is sponsored in partnership with Adidas. All opinions expressed (as always) are my own. I only partner with brands I trust and personally recommend – thank you for your support in helping make Eat the Gains possible!

A bunch of items in a holiday gift guide for active women laid out on a grey surface. The items consist of leggings, snacks, socks, a jump rope, and a resistance band.

I know it’s only the beginning of November, but before we know it the holidays are going be here. Every year it just sneaks up on me and before you know it, I’m scrambling for presents. This month is crazy busy for me (I’m getting married in two weeks!!), so I’m trying to get ahead on whatever I can for the holidays.

If you are like me, or know people like me, I am pretty particular on what I give and what I receive (aka I’m picky). I truly want people to love and use what I get them, and the same for the things that I receive. So to make your life a little easy, I’m sharing with you some of my favorite products in this fun holiday gift guide for active people!

I pretty much live in workout clothes. Either I’m actually working out, at home cooking or working on my blog, running errands post gym, or walking/playing with Cashew. As much as I feel pretty when I get all dressed up, it really isn’t realistic for me to do it everyday. Luckily Austin is super into athleisure and you can get away with wearing it to a lot of places.

Besides workout attire, there are a few other things I definitely recommend for active women. From your own gear, to protein powder, and more, I have a little bit of everything!

Every woman needs a good pair of leggings. While I have a decent amount of plain ones, I love spicing it up every so often with some fun pairs and am obsessed with these Adidas graphic tights with Pineapples. Not only are they a fun fashion statement, you can totally wear these around town or to brunch post workout and look super cute.

I love love love crop tops. Whether I’m working out or going out at night, I have quite a few in my closet. I love this Adidas crop top because it’s perfect for everyday casual wear. I love pairing it with jeans and sneakers or flats to run errands.

Collagen! Collagen is an important building block in our bodies – it’s found in muscles, bone, skin, the digestive system, tendons, and blood vessels. It’s loaded with protein which is super essential for active people, especially females. Protein helps build muscle and the more lean muscle mass you have on your body, the better your body is at burning fat. There are so many things you can do with it – I love adding it to my protein smoothies, in pancakes, in energy balls, and even in ice cream!! You can get a big tub for at home use and the to-go packets for traveling.

Protein snacks! Who doesn’t love food in their stocking?! Like I said, protein is essential for people that are active, but sometimes we are too busy to come home and make a full meal. I always keep some snacks in my gym bag for when I can’t get home to eat or emergencies. I love RXBARs (made with real food ingredients) and Fuel for Fire packs (on-the-go portable smoothie with protein in it).

While most gyms have everything you need, there are a few products that I love to have for when I’m traveling or to make my workout a little better.

One thing that I recommend to everyone is a jump rope! It makes a great accessory to bring with you when you travel to get in a quick workout. Also, if you are serious about getting better at jumping rope, I would suggest investing in your own. You will learn how it moves and spins and it makes so much easier.

I love this RPM one. It is super quick and great for learning double unders. Warning – if you miss, it hurts!

If you travel a lot or sometimes can’t make it to the gym, you need to make due with what you have at home or at your hotel. Besides a jump rope, a resistance band can be a great addition to your home gym. They are super small, you can bring it with you when you are traveling, and they are super versatile from using them on your upper or lower body.

Last but certainly not least, you can never have enough socks! Despite feeling like I am always doing the laundry, somehow I run out of socks. I love these Adidas no-show ones – perfect for running, HIIT training, cycling, or just walking your dog. I get them in kids as I have small feet, but they have similar women’s ones as well.

I hope this helps make holiday shopping a little easier! Make sure to check out Adidas on Black Friday and Cyber Monday to snag all your favorites for your loved ones (or yourself!).

This post may contains affiliate links and I may make little bit of money if you click on and purchase the products that are linked. It doesn’t cost you any extra money. The compensation helps with expenses to keep ETG up and running. I truly appreciate your support!

You can never go wrong with gifting no-show socks to a gym rat.
