A recap of my weekly workouts from the previous week.

Weekly Workouts Recap

Happy Monday! Hope you had a fun weekend! We celebrated CrossFit City Limits‘ 5 year anniversary with a boat party yesterday! It was so fun!! We cruised around, tied up to a little island, hung out in the water, and ate and drank some good food. It was the perfect way to end the weekend.

While I’m a little tired from it, I am ready to get back on track today. I indulged a little yesterday with some drinking and food, but it’s Monday and it’s time to get back to normal. Starting off Monday on the right foot is at the key to a successful week. Hopefully you didn’t stray too far from your eating habits, but if you did, jump right back into it. There is no use in prolonging it until Tuesday. Start making healthy choices this morning and you will feel yourself in no time!
