A recap of my weekly workouts from the previous week.
Happy Monday! I’m back from another week of some traveling…and we have more coming up! I have said before, but this month is crazy.
Last week I traveled to Baltimore for the Natural Product Expo East conference with some friends. It was such a fun conference – I got to hang out and meet with some friends/amazing ladies, meet the people behind some brands I love, connect with new brands, get some new workouts in, and explore Baltimore. So fun, but so exhausting.
One thing that I noticed about this trip is I was traveling with people that have the same mindset as me – they love to eat healthy, but believe in balance and indulge when they want, and also love to workout and move their bodies. This was a huge game changer for me. Most of the time when I am traveling, the people I am with aren’t so keen on working on while on vacation. It was so nice to be with likeminded people. We moved our bodies in different ways each day, which helped keep us sane and on somewhat of regular routine of working out.
Working out while traveling isn’t always on the top of the list, but if you find people that want to workout with you, it makes it so much easier and more fun! Find new studios, run around a new city, or just make up a hotel workout. I am going to be out of the country for the next 2 weeks and I will be making Michael my workout travel buddy 🙂
