A recap of my weekly workouts from the previous week.
Happy Monday!! I hope everyone had a lovely and relaxing holiday with their friends and family. If you don’t celebrate Christmas, then I hope you had an awesome weekend. My weekend was spent with my family mostly just relaxing and eating delicious food. So many treats and not a lot of physical activity. Life is all about balance though. Sometimes you eat veggies and protein and sometimes you eat candy and your moms mashed potatoes. While this weekend was such a nice break from my norm, I am so ready to get back in the gym today. I hope everyone else gets back in there and keep working towards your goals!
