A recap of my weekly workouts from the previous week.
Happy Monday! I’m ready to get back on track this week! We headed to Virginia last week for a friend’s wedding. It was such a blast celebrating our two good friend’s love and life together! The wedding was at a winery and I definitely had my far share of wine. I haven’t drank that much in a looong time. I was pretty good with my eating, but had a few treats here and there. We ate at one of our favorite burger places on Saturday after the wedding and I couldn’t turn away the best sweet potato fries. They didn’t have cake at the wedding, so I didn’t have too much sugar…besides the mass amounts of wine ha.
So now it is time to get back on track. Even though I had a fun weekend, there is no need to keep carrying on the fun. I feel so much better when I eat clean and don’t drink. You can have fun, but I have been noticing that the key to success and seeing changes is consistency. I have been pretty consistent on my diet, workouts, and not including alcohol and I have been seeing some positive progress. Fun weekends are inevitable, but try not to get too carried away, and if you do, get right back on track!
