Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups full-fat plain greek yogurt (10 ounces)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup diced fresh ripe mango (180 grams)

Instructions

  • Prepare your yogurt mixture. Add yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and salt to your Ninja Creami pint container and mix well to combine. Add mangos and stir to combine with the yogurt. Smooth out the top and, if needed, bang the jar a little so it is below the max fill line. Place the lid on the container.
  • Place in the freezer for 24 hours.
  • Run under warm water for a couple of minutes. This will prevent ice from forming on the sides of the container once it spins.
  • Make frozen yogurt. Place the pint container in the outer bowl, lock the lid, and lock it in place in your Ninja Creami machine. Spin on lite ice cream one time. After the first spin, the mixture will be a little crumbly, which is normal. Re-spin once.
  • Enjoy!
