Green Goddess Dressing

Light and fresh healthy green goddess dressing with greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, and tons of fresh herbs. Enjoy it as a salad dressing, as a dip, or on top of grilled proteins or roasted vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat greek yogurt (8 ounces)
  • zest from one lemon
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 packed cup parsley
  • 1/2 packed cup basil
  • 1/2 cup dill
  • 1/4 cup roughly chopped chives
  • 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
  • 1 shallot, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Make your green goddess sauce. Add yogurt, parsley, dill, basil, chives, garlic, shallot, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to a Vitamix, high-powered blender, or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy, or to your desired consistency, about 15-30 seconds. Adjust according to taste.
  • Enjoy! Use it as a dressing, dip, a spread, or however you please!
