For the Bun:
1-2large apples, cored
Suggested Fillings:
sliced turkey breast
hummus

Instructions
Cut apples horizontally into 1/2-1 inch slices.
Assemble the sandwiches by placing one apple bun on the bottom, add fillings of choice, and then top with another apple bun.
