Paleo Blueberry Breakfast Sausage (Whole30)
Homemade Paleo Blueberry Breakfast Sausage - just pork, spices, and fresh blueberries make an easy sugar free and Whole30 approved breakfast side!
Servings 8 patties
In a medium bowl, add pork and spices and mix to combine. Stir in blueberries, being careful not to pop them all (a few popped will be just fine as it distributes the flavor). Form into 8 equal size patties.
Heat up a large sauté pan or cast iron over medium heat, adding oil if desired and depending on pan. Let it get hot, about 30 seconds. Add sausage patties and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through. Serve with your favorite breakfast items and enjoy!
