This Strawberry Cashew Milk turns one of your childhood favorites in a creamy and nutritious drink that is dairy-free!

  • 1 cup soaked cashews*
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups diced strawberries
  • pinch of salt


  • Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until thoroughly combined, about 30 seconds.
  • Store in the fridge in a sealed jar for up to one week. Shake well before use. Enjoy just as you would any milk product!


*soak cashews for least 30 minutes or overnight. If you have a high powered blender, this step is not needed.
