Ingredients
3-4kiwis, peeled and sliced into 1/2-3/4 inch pieces
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut a small slit on the side of the kiwi and insert a popsicle stick into the slit. Place on the baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes.
Mix the cashew coconut butter and coconut oil in a small bowl.
Once the kiwis are frozen, dip them in the coconut mixture and place back on the parchment paper. Freeze for another 30 minutes, or eat right away.
