Ingredients

  • 3.5 cups shredded chicken (400 grams)
  • 5 ounces coconut yogurt (1/2 heaping cup)
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 1/2 cup packed cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well to combine
  • Serve in lettuce wraps, on salads, in tacos, or as a snack with veggies. Enjoy!
