  • 1/2 large green apple, roughly chopped (1 cup/85 grams)
  • 1/3 medium cucumber, roughly chopped (1/2 cup/70 grams)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 5 leaves fresh basil
  • juice of 1 lime (2 tablespoons)
  • 2 scoops Vital Protein Collagen Peptides
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • Eat as is or top with desired toppings. Enjoy!
