Greek Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt (8 ounces - I used 0% fat)
  • 1 cup blue cheese crumbles (4 ounces)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Make the dressing. Add all of your ingredients to a small to medium bowl or jar and stir well to combine. Try it and adjust it according to your taste.
  • Enjoy! If serving as a dip, I like to sprinkle a little more blue cheese on top for a pretty presentation. Store in a tightly sealed glass jar (I love to use the ones I mix it in) in the fridge for as long as your yogurt lasts (look at the expiration date on it).
