Grilled Corn with Old Bay Mayo
This easy grilled corn on the cob is the best way to make corn! Topped with an Old Bay mayo to balance out the sweetness and add some creaminess - it makes the perfect side dish for summer that everyone will love!
- 4 medium-large corn, husked (about 200 grams each)
- avocado oil
- optional toppings: more old bay, green onions, chopped parsley...
Old Bay Mayo
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
Heat grill to medium-high heat.
Prep the corn by removing the husk and excess silk.
Spray/rub ears of corn with avocado oil, giving them a slight coating. Once the grill is hot, place corn directly on the grill. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, rotating every few minutes until corn is cooked and has some char marks.
While the corn cooks, make the sauce. Mix together the mayo, lemon juice, and Old Bay in a small bowl and place in the fridge until ready to use.
Once the corn is done, drizzle with sauce and optional toppings if using.
