Pumpkin Pie Milkshake (Dairy Free)
This Pumpkin Pie Milkshake only has 6 ingredients and satisfies your craving for pumpkin pie, without all the baking! Made with coconut milk ice cream, pumpkin puree, coconut milk, and spices, it comes together in 5 minutes and tastes just like pumpkin pie! Vegan and dairy free!
Servings 2 small milkshakes
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup canned pumpkin (140 grams)
- 1/2 cup lite coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- optional topping: coconut cream, whipped cream, cinnamon
Add all the ingredients to a Vitamix or high powered blender. Blend until smooth and well combined, about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Top with toppings or enjoy as is!
