2 Ingredient Winter Berry Chia Jam
An easy no sugar added 2 Ingredient Winter Berry Chia Jam to help you feel like summertime when mother nature thinks otherwise.

Servings 1 1/2 cups
- 3 cups frozen berries - I used a mix of blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Add berries to a medium sized pot over medium-low heat and cook 10-15 minutes until broken down. If you are using blueberries, break them up with a with a spoon or potato smasher if you want a smoother consistency.
Turn off heat and add chia seeds. Stir to combine and let sit to thicken for 30 minutes.
